The CFAR
Toolbench is a design experiment by the staff of the Online Agronomy
Handbook. The toolbar integrates resources from many of the project web
sites funded by CFAR Information Technology. Feedback on the toolbar as well

This service is available to entities who provide
precision agriculture related services and products to producers,
consultants, and agri-businesses throughout Ohio. The goal of this product
is to help users in Ohio get connected to specific precision agriculture
services and technologies for the betterment of their operations/businesses.
Service categories are available for data collection and mapping, remote
sensing, variable rate application, data handling/warehousing, data
interpretation, and consulting services. Some of the product categories
include yield monitors, controllers, variable rate, soil sampling, guidance
systems, GPS receivers, sensors and meters, computer hardware and software,
and imaging equipment. There is currently no system available today that is
specific for precision agriculture.
The Ohio Precision Agriculture Service and Product
Resource Locators was developed by Nathan Watermeier, Program Leader,
Technology, and Tom Rosati, Web Developer, Agriculture and Natural
Resources, Ohio State University Extension. Made possible by Ohio State
University Extension, United Soybean Board, and Foundation for Agronomic
Research.

Farm Computer Use Stats
Here is a URL for a report on farm computer use and internet
access that shows amazing changes since 1999. In the US, 43% of farms now
have internet access compared to 29% in 1999 and 13% in 1997.
